The NeoTec slaves and signal converters
By using a wide variety of modules, the NeoTecMaster has a high degree of flexibility with regard to integration in a wide variety of application fields/applications. Based on the NeoTecMaster, the necessary modules for the realization of the measuring, control and regulation functions can be integrated into the control concept as required. So-called slaves are available for this purpose.
By using the slaves, the processing of incoming 4-20 mA signals, RS232 signals and Modbus signals, among others, is possible. All incoming signals can be converted to the different protocol types and thus be used for subsequent processes. In addition, different slaves for relay circuits are available. These enable measurement or limit value-dependent control functions such as dosing and valve switching.
To enable high flexibility and use as a manufacturer-independent system, signal converters are available for conductivity, pH and redox probes. These allow the integration of existing sensors that do not have integrated signal converters. The measuring signals are converted by the signal converter to 4-20mA or Modbus and thus also enable the integration of existing sensors. The system allows the integration of up to 8 modules via one power supply and thus minimizes the cabling effort.
